Bed Linens

It’s always a lovely feeling to get into bed and luxuriate in the feeling of freshly laundered bed linen. It's all about being crisp, fresh and perfectly clean. Our laundry service offers you this luxury!

All items are individually inspected and then washed with the mildest detergents before being finished to our fine standards. Laundry is then folded or hung and packed ready for next time you change your bed. This service saves you both time and guarantees you the highest standard of laundry service available.

Curtains

The cleaning of curtains is a large part of our business. We can come to your home or office and take down your curtains, clean them and re–hang them for you. At the same time, we can cater for your nets, blinds, pelmets, swags and tails and tie backs.

The dry cleaning of curtains is the most effective way to clean your curtains of accumulated dust, dirt and allergens. We recommend dry cleaning your curtains at least every 18 months–2 years in order to extend the life of your curtains. Failure to regularly dry clean your curtains makes the removal of dirt more difficult and over time can damage the fabric and deteriorate.

We are also happy to undertake repairs and alterations to your curtains. For example, replacing the linings, shortening the length and repairing edging.

Dry Cleaning

All garments dry cleaned here are pre–spotted for the removal of stubborn stains, cleaned and finally steamed and hand pressed by our experienced team of staff. All your garments are carefully covered to protect them and keep them in shape until required.

Leather and suede items are also cleaned here.

We also provide an Executive Service where your items receive special attention such as the hand ironing of linings, flaps and pockets etc. Minor repairs are also attended to.

Laundry and Domestic Ironing

We have high capacity laundry machines so that your duvets and pillows (whether feather or polyester filling) can move freely in the cleaning cycle. We also provide ironing, shirt launder and domestic laundry services, plus much more.

Leather/Suede Cleaning

The cleaning of leather and suede is a craft practiced by skilled artisans. We defer to our own specialists who carefully grade and inspect each garment prior to cleaning. Unlike cleaning normal fabrics, the cleaning of suede and leather requires extensive work post cleaning to restore the garment to its original condition. For example, smooth leathers often require re–texturing to achieve the same finish and Suede garments frequently require re-tinting to restore their original colour.

During cleaning, the oils within suede and leather garments are removed. Part of the processing involves re–oiling the skin to keep it supple. During re–oiling the skin can become a few shades darker. For this reason you should always clean garments that are part of a set together.

We can only implore you to choose a specialist leather cleaner; we have too many horror stories of what happens when customers entrust their treasured suede and leather garments to dry cleaners who are not familiar with the appropriate methods.

Rug Cleaning

It is important that you regularly have your rugs cleaned as it extends their life by removing dirt and stains which over time can dull the colours and appearance of a rug. We advise regular vacuuming of rugs to prevent permanent soiling from dirt.
